Jeffrey Stefanoff
Jeffrey Stefanoff has been an active advocate for the legalization of medical marijuana since he began smoking in 1979 to relieve the suffering caused by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and severe back damage incurred during time spent in the armed forces.  While conventional medications proved entirely ineffective or made him feel still more sick, marijuana provided him with substantive relief.  He has since served nine months in a Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Program in Texas after he was convicted of growing marijuana in his home in 2000.  Upon his release, Jeffrey was transferred to a halfway house and then put on probation for one year. Jeffrey currently resides in Texas, and remains a passionate supporter of the movement to legalize medical marijuana.
