Mike Corrall
Co-Founder and Agricultural Director of The Wo/Man's Alliance for Medical Marijuana (WAMM), Mike Corral has been at the forefront of the movement to legalize medical marijuana since becoming a full time caregiver to his wife, epilepsy patient Valerie Corral, over thirty years ago.  After the couple was arrested in 1992 for growing marijuana plants in their home, they founded WAMM in order to create a community where patients suffering from debilitating illnesses such as AIDS, epilepsy and cancer could grow and receive medical marijuana within the context of an emotional support system. In addition to his political activism, Mike oversees the agricultural aspects of WAMM, growing and harvesting the plants each year while also determining which types of marijuana work best for which patients.
